At Love Rejects, we believe refurbished products deserve a second life without compromising on quality. That’s why each of our devices is carefully tested, cleaned, and restored before being shipped.
1. Warranty Period
All our products come with a limited 180-day warranty starting from the date of receipt.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty exclusively covers functional defects under normal use, such as:

Software malfunctions that prevent normal use of the device

Battery defects that significantly impair normal autonomy
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage caused by misuse (drops, water, shock, improper handling)

Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual battery performance decrease over time)

Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties

Accessories (cables, chargers, headphones, cases, etc.), unless otherwise specified
4. How to Claim Warranty Service

We will assess the situation and send you a return label if the warranty applies.

After inspection:

If the issue is covered → repair, replacement, or full refund depending on availability.

If the product is functional or not covered → it may be returned to you, and shipping fees ($18–$23 depending on your region) may apply.

Returns are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the device.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Special Notes (Marketplaces)

If the purchase was made through Best Buy, Walmart, or Reebelo, the policies of these platforms may apply in addition to this warranty.

In all cases, Love Rejects remains responsible for inspecting and refurbishing the products.

What is your return policy and do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To process a return, the device must be in its purchased condition and include all original cables, chargers, and accessories. Additionally, all of our electronics are backed by a standard 180-day warranty that covers internal hardware defects.
How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
Orders are processed and securely packed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your tech right to your doorstep.
Do the devices come with their original boxes and chargers ?
To keep our prices as low as possible and reduce waste, most of our items do not ship in their original manufacturer packaging. However, every device comes securely packaged and includes all the accessories that comes normally with the device.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders very quickly to get your tech to you as fast as possible! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team within one hour of checkout. Once an order has been sent to our warehouse for packing, we are unable to make any changes, but you can always initiate a return once the item arrives.
